Philosophy

Train Like A Pro’s mission is to help soccer athletes (boys, girls) develop into a complete elite player. Focusing on their technical and physical attributes players will be challenged in passing, dribbling, shooting, first touch, speed/agility, strength and endurance which will increase their confidence and their creativity on the field. We take pride in challenging our players to become better athletes in a safe and fun environment.

Vision

Our goal is to be the premier training soccer location in Westchester County where players come to develop into a WHOLE and COMPLETE soccer athlete. Meaning, not only will we be focusing on physical and technical principals , but we will also focus on recovery, nutrition, academics, and the psychological aspect of the game. We will educate the parents and help the youth soccer community reach their goals.

Methodology

At Train Like A Pro our staff is trained to correct mistakes and to help players build positive habits on and off the field. Our priority is to challenge every player during their training by creating game scenarios and forcing them to repeat exercises at a fast pace under high pressure. Our overall goal is to encourage the youth to fall in love with the game and to create a passion for it.
